Our classes are challenging but certainly not impossible. Never intimidating & always motivating. 

Will the instructors yell at me?

Absolutely not. Although "BOOT CAMP" may sound intimidating, we do not use forms of intimidation with our clients. We will motivate and challenge you, but never in a disrespectful or demeaning way.

Will I be able to keep up in class even if I haven't worked out in years?

Unless you have a preexisting condition which
limits your participation "keeping up" should not be a problem. The instructor modifies the exercise according to individual needs and classes often get divided according to fitness levels.

What should I wear to class?
Loose, comfortable clothing. Wear the proper footwear and bring as little as possible to class with you. The class does move around and you probably don't want to tote around your valuables. 

Is there a lot of running involved?
We do jog short distances from point to point in most of our classes. The distances are not very far at all & we make sure no one is left behind.

Am I too old to participate?
The majority of our clients are between 35 & 50 years old. A few are older and some are younger. Interestingly, the older crowd generally outperforms the youngsters.

If I sign up, how many classes am I allowed to take?
Once you register, you may take as many classes as you'd like at any of our locations. Yup....Unlimited classes, any time, any day, any location. Quite frankly, it's the best deal in town.
 
What if it rains?
If the instructor deems the weather conditions to be unsafe he or she may cancel the class. It is unlikely however. Over the last 20 years we average 3-4 weather related cancellations per year.
